As part of its continuing mission to bring the flavours of the world to passengers flying in its business class cabin, Lufthansa has announced that during March and April it will offer a menu of "delicious creations from the land of smiles".
The menu of Thai favourites has been designed by renowned chef Zhang Jin Jie, and will feature a number of classic dishes including aubergine filled with jasmine scented rice, goat's cheese and served with caramelised walnuts and nashi pear with honey mustard sauce, although sadly, classic dishes such as fish head soup will not be offered.
The new menu comes in conjunction with some special offers on airfares including flights to Bangkok from just GBP542 per person including tax.
