BMI, formerly known as British Midland has announced that it will suspend all flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle. No reason aside from a rather nebulous statement citing commercial reasons has been announced by the carrier, and the last flight on the route will be on March 25th.
Currently, BMI operates flights to Paris from London Heathrow and Leeds Bradford.
Passengers who were to have flown from London will be booked onto alternative services with British Airways or Air France, while those who had booked to fly from Leeds will instead be offered a flight to Paris from Manchester, or a transfer to London Heathrow, neither of which options is particularly convenient.
