Anyone using Lufthansa flights to Dusseldorf, Munich or anywhere else on their schedule can now determine the size of their carbon footprint and make a donation that will help mitigate what they have produced.

An online calculator provided by myclimate will advise passengers of their exact carbon emissions and give them the opportunity to put money towards projects that will help reduce greenhouse gases. Lufthansa have been listening to their passengers and recognised that many of them wish to do something to help the environment. This is considered to be a great way of achieving such a result and is expected to be a great success.
