Medical treatment in Egypt can be expensive and the quality varies depending on where you are in the country.
There is no reciprocal healthcare agreement in force between the UK and Egypt, and as such, you should ensure that you take out adequate medical insurance prior to travel in order to cover you for treatment in Egypt, or, repatriation to the UK.
