Virgin Atlantic Upper Class Personal Shopper Service

Business class travellers with Virgin Atlantic will, for a limited period, have access to a personal shopper at the carriers London Heathrow Clubhouse.

Top retailer Net-a-Porter are offering their personal shopping team to travellers on the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class service, either in person at the clubhouse itself or via telephone, to provide advice. The retailer has a comprehensive retail website which travellers can access from PCs at the clubhouse and this enables goods to be delivered wherever in the world the person is going, the express level of service ensuring they will be there promptly.

As an example a passenger may find themselves ordering an item from the London Heathrow Clubhouse prior to boarding their flights to Los Angeles, and then collect the item in Los Angeles after they have landed. That is the level of service passengers want to experience, and the new personal shopper service can deliver just that.
