Virgin Atlantic has just announced new flights to Jamaica, now providing a service to Kingston, the capital, as well as the existing service they offer to Montego Bay.
The new service will fly twice a week, on both Tuesday and Saturday, departing from London Gatwick, and using the Boeing 747 Jumbo, an aircraft that is perfect for this long-haul flight.
Richard Branson, president of Virgin Atlantic, is delighted that the new service is being offered and is proud to be doubling the capacity to Jamaica to around two hundred thousand a year. The airline is confident that this capacity will be used as Jamaica is one of the most beautiful destinations anywhere in the world.
