Aside from the many museums and concert halls available to see in Hamburg such as the domed Hamburg Art Gallery (Kunsthalle), the Historical Museum, the D+D173ecorative Arts and Crafts Museum and the Altonaer Museum, The city is also home to the famous district of St Pauli, where you will find some of the most exciting nightlife in all of Europe. St Pauli used to be just bout as seedy as it was possible to get, without entering the made up future worlds of Phillip K Dick, but nowadays, it's a modern and clean area that's a lot more wholesome than you may expect, but in many ways challenges Ibiza as a place to go out - although a lot colder, and not as violently obsessed with itself.
