Located on the shores of the Gulf of Saint Vincent on the south coast of Australia, within a short distance of the city centre, you can find a number of good quality sandy beaches to sunbathe on during the hot summer months, or if you head north of the city, it doesn't take long to get into the Mount Lofty Mountain Range where there are plenty of opportunities to hike through unspoilt countryside and camp out in the bush if that's your bag.
