LOCATION: Positioned in the heart of the Wine District, amidst English-style gardens and roses in the Adelaide Hills. The hotel was built in the 1850's but was destroyed in the Ash Wednesday Bush-fires in 1983. It was rebuilt in 1986 and has since won the South Australian and Australian Tourism Awards.

HOTEL FACILITIES: These include 2 restaurants, 3 bars, conference facilities, a heated swimming pool and volley Ball courts. Nearby there is golf Course, tennis courts, Mount Lofty Botanical Gardens, Cleland Wildlife Park and the town of Stirling.

GUEST ROOMS AND AMENITIES: All guest rooms with air conditioning, en suite facilities, elegant decor and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms with spa baths and others with large fireplaces. CHILD POLICY: Children under the age of 16 years will be accommodated free of charge when sharing a room with parents and utilizing existing bedding (without extra bed). Breakfast for children under 16 years is free of charge when accompanied by two paying adults.
