London City Airport’s focus on business travel ensures that there is not such a wide range of pre-departure stores as you might find elsewhere, but there are still plenty of chances to pick up your essentials before you fly. There is a large newsagent before the security checkpoint where you can pick up a magazine to read, while after passport control you can find a large duty-free shopping area at London City Airport, which offers a huge range of goods at several shops including Bally, Bewley’s, and Hughes and Hughes.
The check in area of London City Airport’s only terminal building is located to the right of the main entrance.
The easiest way to get to London City is to take the A13, leaving at the A117 Junction. London City Airport is about7 miles east of London, in Docklands.
