As the fourth busiest airport in the country, it comes as no surprise that Stansted offers good quality shopping for anyone flying. There is an excellent duty free concession if you want to stock up on perfume cigarettes or wine and spirits, in the form of the World Duty Free, and World of Whisky stores, both of which are after the security checkpoint and passport control. In the main terminal building you can find pretty much anything you might need for your trip at Stansted Airport shops like Knickerbox, Past Times, Cotton Traders, and Books etc.
Stansted Airport has a single terminal building that handles around the same amount of traffic as Manchester, and is a very busy place. The majority of flights from Stansted are charter flights, so the airport gets very busy in the school holidays, and you should allow extra time for check in.
Long stay parking at Stansted Airport is available from £45.50 with Pink elephant, and you can save cash when you book online.
